0scar Solis has extensive experience in mining operations, currently serving as Superintendente de mina at Imerys since September 2022. Previously, 0scar held the position of Jefe de mina at ATSA Minerales, where responsibilities included leading a mine expansion project that increased production capacity by 60% and restructuring the mining area with a solid team. Prior roles within Newmont Goldcorp Corporation included operations in both the plant and mine sectors, focusing on processes such as crushing and grinding, as well as earth movement and blast design at Minera Frisco. 0scar holds a degree in Ingeniería en minas y metalurgia from UNAM, obtained from 2005 to 2011.
