Alexis ROCHE

Alexis Roche is currently leading Business & Commercial Excellence programs at Imerys, where they focus on boosting profitable growth and improving cash generation. Prior to this role, Alexis served as a Consultant at Sinclair Consulting, advising mid-size companies on market-driven strategies. Their earlier experiences include positions as a Strategic Marketing Analyst at both AGC Group and Solvay, where they implemented commercial optimizations and led initiatives to identify future business opportunities. Alexis holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and two degrees from Sciences Po: a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Economics.
