Daniel Mayer

Daniel Mayer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Training & Development Manager for Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic at Imerys since March 2008, Daniel has played a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and harmonizing training processes in alignment with a global matrix organization. Previous positions include HR Development Manager for Shared Services, HR Manager for the Metallurgy Division at Imerys, and Head of HR for Behringer International in Germany. Earlier career highlights include serving as an HR Specialist for NEC Electronics and Tyco Integrated Fire & Security, focusing on pan-European HR systems and post-merger integrations. Daniel holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Economics with a focus on HR and German Labour Law from the University of Duisburg-Essen and completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk.
