Dr. Michael Schmidt

Dr. Michael Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service and development within the polymers sector. Currently serving as Technical Service Manager for Polymers at Imerys since August 2011, Dr. Schmidt previously held the positions of Technical Service & Development Manager and Technical Support Manager in the polymers divisions at Rio Tinto Minerals from September 2000 to August 2011. Dr. Schmidt holds a Dipl.-Ing. Dr. techn. degree in Chemistry from Technische Universität Graz.
