Elise Meyer

Elise MEYER currently serves as the Responsable Amélioration Continue et SMI at Imerys since September 2023. Previously, from January 2016 to October 2023, Elise held the position of Lean Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, focusing on the implementation of Lean standards, optimizing site operations, and training teams in Lean methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as Animatrice LEAN and Mission Qualité at Alcatel-Lucent from January 2008 to January 2016, where Elise coordinated quality indicators and implemented action plans to mitigate anomalies. At The Coca-Cola Company, from April 2005 to January 2008, Elise worked on quality, safety, and environmental initiatives, including risk management and safety indicator creation. Elise holds a Mastère Spécialisé in Management des projets et programmes from SKEMA Business School (2016-2017) and has completed additional training at XL formation in 2015.
