Eric Gardner

Eric Gardner serves as the Managing Counsel for North America at Imerys since June 2013, overseeing a team that includes in-house counsel and external legal specialists across various legal functions, including environmental health and safety, product stewardship, and labor and employment. Previously, Eric held the positions of Chief Litigation Counsel and Litigation and Regulatory Counsel at Imerys, managing litigation matters across the U.S. and Canada, as well as leading efforts to strengthen the in-house team. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP in the Products Liability group, covering a diverse range of legal issues. Eric Gardner earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
