Fanny Gadea

Fanny Gadea is a seasoned professional in procurement with extensive experience in indirect purchasing and category management. Currently serving as the Group Purchasing Director at Imerys since April 2019, Gadea has successfully established an Indirect Purchasing organization, implemented strategies for global indirect categories, achieved savings of €38 million over three years, contributed to purchasing digitalization, and supported cash excellence programs. Prior experience at IBM included roles as Indirect Purchasing Director, overseeing a multi-category buyers team, and Global Category Manager within outsourcing logistics and services. Gadea also served as Lead Buyer at CAT Groupe, focusing on framework agreements and supplier policies. With an academic background in international transport from the University of Paris I and further education at HEC Paris, Gadea brings significant expertise to the field of procurement.
