Gerardo Serna has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as the Engineering and Reliability Manager for Imerys since October 2017, with responsibilities including coordination of maintenance areas and CAPEX project management for the Mexico HUB. Prior to Imerys, Gerardo worked at LEGO Group from January 2012 to October 2017 in various roles, including Maintenance Supervisor with a focus on injection molding machinery, as well as Technical Support Engineer and Maintenance Planner, emphasizing continuous improvement and personnel development. Prior experiences also include working as a Standard Work Engineer at Daltile México and maintenance roles at Viakon, where responsibilities encompassed KPI management and maintenance documentation. Gerardo holds a degree in Mechanical Administrative Engineering from UANL, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
