Jay Hadjaev is a highly experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the US Perlite & Holding Controller at Imerys since April 2016, Jay has held various titles, including Mining & Holding Controller and Reporting & Cost Accounting Controller, where responsibilities include overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, leading ad-hoc projects, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
