John Roe

John Roe is an experienced professional in metallurgy and quality management with a robust background in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as M4 Program Manager-North America at Imerys, John is responsible for the rollout and management of the M4 Impurities Program. Prior roles include Operations Manager at ESE Carbon Company and Senior Quality Engineer at Panduit, where notable achievements included significant reductions in customer complaints and defective parts per million. John’s expertise extends to technical representation and product development as a Senior Metallurgist at Air Products, and includes extensive experience in process control, project management, and quality systems from previous positions at Gerdau Long Steel, Vulcan Threaded Products, and Cree. John holds a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from The University of Alabama.
