Loïc Chenal

Loïc Chenal is a seasoned professional in project management and industrial utilities, currently serving as Project Operation Manager for the Lithium Emili Project at Imerys since September 2023. Prior experience includes managing utilities at Ambatovy Joint-Venture and leading maintenance strategy and planning at Glencore Nikkelverk AS. Loïc has held various key roles at Glencore Nickel, overseeing operations for power plants and utilities, and was involved in critical project management and reliability engineering. Loïc’s career also includes maintenance management at Lafarge, where responsibilities spanned equipment maintenance and corporate CMMS initiatives. Loïc holds degrees in mining engineering and industrial engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, respectively.
