Luan Bürger

Luan Bürger is a research and development scientist at Imerys do Brasil, focusing on innovative agricultural solutions based on natural minerals for the Americas. They are responsible for project management, product formulation, and establishing partnerships driven by open innovation. Prior to this role, Luan served as R&D Operations Team Leader at Enza Zaden, where they led and motivated a team, ensuring timely execution of activities in crop management. They also held a position as a Research and Technology Intern at Incotec, where they supported seed coating applications and laboratory operations. Luan earned a Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos in 2019.
