Mike Polashock is an accomplished industrial projects director with extensive experience in managing large-scale capital projects across various sectors, including pulp, kraft mills, and chemicals. Currently serving at Imerys since August 2020, Mike previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Georgia-Pacific Containerboard and Cellulose LLC, where capital projects ranged from $15MM to $400MM. Mike's career includes a significant tenure at Lafarge North America, where responsibilities included managing a $475MM new kiln line and completing high-stakes projects under budget. Mike also contributed to Georgia-Pacific Chemicals as Manager of Engineering Projects II and held engineering leadership roles at Stimsonite Corporation and Sto Corporation. Mike Polashock holds an MBA in Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
