Morgan Pendley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Production Manager at Imerys since April 2013. Morgan has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance equipment availability through operator-led predictive maintenance and has effectively aligned supply chain processes to meet customer demands. With a background in supervising production teams and ensuring on-time shipments, Morgan has also developed training programs and standard operating procedures for mill operators. In addition to achievements at Imerys, Morgan has served in the US Army since January 2008, supervising personnel in force protection and anti-terrorism roles.
