Peisong HE Pearson has over 16 years of experience in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) management, currently serving as QEHS Director for the Refractory Abrasives and Construction Business Area at Imerys since January 2007. In this role, Peisong focuses on safety leadership, empowerment, engagement, and continuous improvement within a globally recognized operations network spanning 40 industrial sites and 3 Science & Technology Centers across 16 countries. Previous positions include Global SHE Manager, Safety Culture Improvement Team Lead, and Group EHS Audit Program Manager, highlighting a robust background in EHS consultancy and project management at URS Corporation. Peisong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Environmental Engineering from Zhejiang University, a Master’s in Environmental Science & Engineering from Tongji University, and has completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School on CSR strategies.
