Ralf Grubert

Ralf Grubert has extensive experience in operations and process engineering, currently serving in OPEX, CAPEX, and process engineering roles at Calderys and Imerys since December 2015 and December 2022, respectively. Ralf holds the position of Managing Director at SLS Baustoffe GmbH, a member of the S&B Group and Quarzwerke, since 2003, having previously held managerial positions within S&B from 2003 to 2015, including International Plants & Neuss Plants Manager for Northern Europe. Earlier career milestones include Operations Manager at Wienerberger AG and Operations Director at Otavi Minen AG. Ralf began professional training with an apprenticeship at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, achieving outstanding certification. Ralf is a graduate of Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences with a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
