Rémi Pagès is currently the Corporate and M&A General Counsel at Imerys, having held several legal roles within the organization since 2023. Prior to this, Rémi worked at Goodwin from 2016 to 2019 and at King & Wood Mallesons from 2013 to 2016, participating in numerous M&A transactions and conducting due diligence. Rémi began their legal career with internships and trainee positions at firms such as Linklaters and Rio Tinto Alcan between 2010 and 2011. They hold an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a Master 2 - DJCE from Université Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV.
