Rodrigo Capelo

Rodrigo Capelo is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in managing large and medium-sized industrial projects across the steel, metallurgy, mining, and chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering and Projects Manager for Imerys in South America, Rodrigo oversees a diverse portfolio that spans multiple countries, focusing on capital expenditure execution and strategic project management. Previously, Rodrigo held significant roles, including Technical Director at ProTec Management and Engineering, and engineering management positions at Gerdau and Saint-Gobain Abrasives, contributing to major project launches and PMO implementations. Rodrigo has also completed dual MBAs in Project Management from Ohio University and Fundação Getulio Vargas.
