Stephanie Fraser

Stephanie Fraser has extensive work experience in the human resources field, particularly in the industrial and mining sectors. Stephanie started their career at Imerys in 2002 as a Real Estate Attorney and Lands Manager, where they handled legal matters related to property management and acquisitions. Stephanie later transitioned to the role of Senior Labor Relations Manager, where they strategically planned labor relations and negotiated collective bargaining agreements. Stephanie then became the Human Resources Director for Imerys' Kaolin Division, overseeing HR functions for employees located in various locations worldwide. Stephanie also served as the Human Resources Director for the PMA Industrial East Region, responsible for HR operations and initiatives across multiple facilities. Prior to their time at Imerys, Stephanie worked at American Tower as a Project Manager, handling zoning, land acquisition, and construction oversight for wireless phone carrier antennas.

Stephanie Fraser attended Oglethorpe University from 1988 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. Stephanie then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law from 1993 to 1996.
