Terry Bane

Terry Bane has extensive experience in quality and process engineering management, currently serving as the Quality & Process Engineering Manager for the Sylacauga Hub at Imerys since April 2007, where responsibilities encompass oversight of mining, production operations, maintenance, project and process engineering, full site safety, and financial management. Previously held roles include Vermont Site Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Imerys, alongside plant management positions at Bolthouse Farms and Sonoco, as well as a Maintenance Supervisor role at Quaker Oats Beverage Company. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Industrial Professional Technology from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Central Connecticut State University.
