Tim Sleeman

Tim Sleeman is an experienced professional in the kaolin industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Imerys since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing a planning team for a multi-site hub in the UK. Previous roles at Imerys encompass Continuous Improvement Manager and Operations Planning Manager, as well as Senior Day Captain for three kaolin drying plants. Prior to this, Tim Sleeman was involved in continuous improvement as an I-Cube Champion at IMERYS MINERALS LTD from August 2018 to June 2019, and began a career at Imerys in 2010 as Shift Captain, managing a team of 17 operatives while ensuring compliance in health, safety, and quality. Tim Sleeman holds a BSc in Minerals Management and an Associate’s Degree in Minerals Extractive Technology from the University of Derby.
