Xavier Mercader

Xavier Mercader has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR BP Director for Markets and S&T and Country HR Director for Spain and Turkey at Imerys since March 2018, having previously held various HR leadership roles within the company. Prior to Imerys, Xavier worked as HR Labor Relations Manager at AMES, overseeing a team and managing labor relations for multiple work councils. Additional roles include HR responsibilities at DEPISA and Cacheiro Restaurants, focusing on payroll and hiring management. Xavier holds degrees in Labor Relations from Universitat de Barcelona, a postgraduate qualification in Organic Leadership from UPC-EUNCET, and HR Management from EADA.
