Xu Wang

Xu Wang is a highly experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Application Development Scientist at Imerys since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing internal and external projects related to graphite and carbon. Prior to this role, Xu Wang worked as a Researcher at Showa Denko K.K. from September 2015 to March 2018, focusing on the development and mass production of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Xu Wang also served as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from September 2014 to August 2015. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (2010-2014), with additional experience as a visiting scholar at both the National Institute of Material Science and Northwestern University in 2012. Xu Wang completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Fudan University (2006-2010).
