Michael Dodd has significant experience in the field of intellectual property and manufacturing processes, particularly within the hair care industry. After a lengthy career at Procter & Gamble from 1978 to 2013, where roles included Hair Color Process Manager and Intellectual Property Manager overseeing the Global Hair Care Business, Michael transitioned to Imflux Shaping Technology as an Intellectual Property Manager in 2013. Michael retired from Procter & Gamble in April 2019. Educationally, Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University, completing studies between 1982 and 1987.
