Alan Cutshall

Alan Cutshall has worked in the IT industry since 2012. Alan began their career as an IT Support Technician at Techworld Language Solutions, Inc. where they maintained the network and computers, ensured ease of access to networked shares for all employees, and managed email and instant messaging accounts. In 2013, they moved to Oakland Schools as a Technical Assistant. In 2015, they joined Nexcess as a Data Center Operations Technician. In 2020, they became a Network Operations Administrator I at Liquid Web, and in 2022 they took on the role of Network Reliability Engineer at imgix.

Alan Cutshall has an extensive educational background. Alan attended Berkley High School from 2009 to 2013 and Oakland Schools Technical Campus Southeast from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security at Western Governors University, which they completed in 2021. Alan has obtained numerous certifications, including CompTIA Cloud Essentials Certification (2020), ITIL Foundation Level (2020), CompTIA Project+ (2018), CIW Site Development Associate (2018), CompTIA Strata IT Fundamentals Certification (2011), CompTIA A+ (2012), CompTIA Network+ (2012), CompTIA Security+ (2012), Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (2021), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (2019).
