John Pichay

John Pichay has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. John began their career in 2012 as a Financial Center Operations Manager at Bank of America. In 2016, they joined Segment, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, and People Operations Coordinator. In 2020, they moved to Metallicus as a Senior Human Resources Manager. John is currently the Head of People & Culture at imgix.

John Pichay obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Golden Gate University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Heald College between 2008 and 2009. In October 2021, they also obtained a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
