Eileen McShane

Eileen McShane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eileen started their career at IBM as a Senior Programmer from 1983 to 1988. Eileen then joined British Steel as an IT Applications Development Lead from 1988 to 1991. Eileen then worked at IBM in Singapore as the SAP Basis and ABAP Lead from 1992 to 1996. Eileen moved to Accenture in Chicago as a Senior Manager SAP from 1998 to 2002. Eileen then became the IT Director at Cadbury plc. from 2003 to 2011. Eileen joined Kraft Foods Group as an Associate Director from 2010 to 2012. Later, they worked at Mondelēz International as the Associate Director - NA Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) IT Lead from 2012 to 2015 and as the Director IT - Global Planning Systems from 2015 to 2019. Presently, Eileen is the VP Strategy and Services at imidia. Eileen'swork experience includes leading various teams, executing client engagements, and managing large-scale program implementations. Eileen has expertise in areas such as demand planning, big data analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities.

Eileen McShane obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University College Cork, where they studied from 1980 to 1983.
