Tim Rippon

Tim Rippon is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership, healthcare, and community services. As the Founder and Managing Director of NurseU since May 2021, Tim has spearheaded the provision of registered nursing agency staff to various sectors, focusing on exceptional care. In addition, Tim is a founding member and Membership Committee Lead of BNI Titan Networkers and has served as a Justice of the Peace within the Victorian justice system since November 2022. Other roles include being a Platelet & Plasma Donor with the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, a Residential Care Worker with 24 Hour Priority Care Australia, and a member of the Association for Children with a Disability. Tim also co-founded elasticus, an ISO eLearning expertise provider, and holds fellow status with the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Educational qualifications include degrees from Integrity Education Group and Deakin University, culminating in an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and a Bachelor of Commerce, respectively.
