Nancy Thompson possesses extensive experience in municipal law, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the International Municipal Lawyers Association since October 2016. As a City Counselor for the City of Columbia, Missouri, since April 2013, Nancy has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service, previously holding the position of City Attorney in Riverside and Raytown, Missouri. Additional experience includes a role as Of Counsel at Ensz & Jester, P.C., and serving as City Counselor in Gladstone for seven years. Nancy Thompson earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and Home Economics from William Woods University.
