Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Immaculate Flight is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. Led by the VP and Director of HR, they oversee talent acquisition, handle onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. They also support employee development and foster a positive workplace culture to drive the company's mission of mobile aircraft cleaning excellence.
