Our board here in Australia exists to support the incredible work that the team at Immanuel Afrika in Nairobi, Kenya do, mainly through providing Tax Deductable fundraising efforts. I Afrika offers a place of support, safety and family for children who live in the harsh and violent conditions on the streets. We firmly believe that the streets are no place for a child! I Afrika was established almost a decade ago to offer street boys an alternative home where kids can be kids again, and where education and grace open up brighter opportunities for their future. In 2018 we have also opened our doors to vulnerable girls at risk of abuse, offering a safe shelter and an opportunity for education. We believe God's love can be an anchor for every child - setting them free from addiction, the pain of a broken home and a path littered with destructive choices.
