As a Dive Control Specialist Instructor and Instructor Trainer at DiVentures from 2012 to 2018, Chad developed expertise in diving education. Transitioning to the IT field, Chad has held various roles at Boys Town since 2010, progressing from Network Administrator to Manager of System Engineering, emphasizing leadership in system operations. In addition, Chad's experience includes a position as Manager of IT & Informatics at OrthoNebraska and currently serves as Service Desk Manager at Immanuel. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
