Loai Siwas

Loai is an information management officer (IMO) supporting the Education Sector for Lybia. He is seconded to UNICEF.

Loai has over eight years of experience working in information management. Prior to joining iMMAP, he worked as an IMO with Qatar Charity, IM coordinator with KM both in Turkey and senior operation room and IM officer with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Syria.

Loai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management and an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Damascus in Syria and an Associate Degree in Information Technology from the Ministry of Industry in Syria. He is a certified data scientist from Microsoft and IMB. Loai is fluent in English, Arabic and Turkish.
