Martina Ott

Martina Ott is an experienced leader in the field of cancer immunotherapy, currently serving as Director and Head of Department for TCR Delivery & Validation at Immatics since September 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing preclinical efficacy and safety testing of T cell receptors for adoptive cell therapy. Prior to this role, Martina was a Group Leader in Personalized Immunotherapy at Miltenyi Biotec, focusing on early development of T cell-based therapies for solid cancers. Martina's extensive experience also includes a position as an Instructor at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where Martina led preclinical research on immunotherapeutic strategies for CNS tumors, and former postdoctoral roles at DKFZ German Cancer Research Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center, exploring immune profiling and combinatorial immunotherapy. Educationally, Martina holds a PhD in Tumor Immunology from DKFZ and a Diploma in Biological Science from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
