Venkat Ramanan

Venkat Ramanan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Immatics since October 2025, following a brief tenure in the same role at Anthos Therapeutics, which was acquired by Novartis. Ramanan held the CFO position at Turnstone Biologics from 2022 to 2024 and served at Seagen from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance. Previous experience includes various director-level positions at Gilead Sciences from 2007 to 2016 and roles at Amgen from 2002 to 2007.
