Robin North

Robin North has worked in the transport and environmental planning industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Imperial College London, Centre for Transport Studies, starting as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate and progressing to the role of Lecturer in Transport and Environmental Planning. In 2014, they moved to Transport Systems Catapult, where they held the roles of Senior Technologist, Principal Technologist, Acting Lead Technologist, and Lead Technologist. In 2016, they became the CEO and Lead Technologist of Immense Simulations Ltd, where they are developing tools to support fleet vehicle operation and management.

Robin North completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Vehicle Emissions from Imperial College London between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering with a Year in Europe from Imperial College London between 1998 and 2002. During 2000 and 2001, they completed a DESO - Troisieme Annee exchange ERASMUS in Engineering - Vehicle Propulsion from Ecole centrale de Lyon.
