Tricia Thrasher, PhD, serves as the Director of Research & Validation at IMMERSE, where they lead studies on efficacy and user experience to inform product development in the field of language learning. Thrasher has managed extensive research partnerships, published numerous peer-reviewed articles, and secured significant grant funding to support their initiatives. They previously held roles including Research Consultant at GoStudent and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they conducted longitudinal studies on virtual reality in education. An active member of the academic community, Thrasher contributes to various organizations and conferences related to language learning and technology.
