Valentin Duquet

Valentin Duquet, PhD, is an experienced educator with a background in language instruction and educational technology. At The University of Texas at Austin, from August 2018 to December 2023, Valentin worked as an Assistant Instructor, successfully creating a fully asynchronous language course for 50 students and achieving a high satisfaction rating. Prior roles include serving as an English Second Language Tutor at STRALANG and a French Teaching Assistant at Kalamazoo College. Currently, Valentin holds positions as a College Lecturer at Rice University, leading courses with over 80 students and maintaining a 95% satisfaction score, and as an XR/AI Platform Guide at IMMERSE, facilitating metaverse meet-ups for over 300 users.
