Zack Parnell

Zack Parnell serves as the EVP of Strategy at Interplay Learning since September 2024 and holds advisory and board member positions at Immerse since May 2019. Parnell co-founded and was a board member at CREWTEK from August 2022 to September 2024, focusing on job readiness and life skills for career placement. Leading Industrial Training International from September 2009 to September 2024, Parnell held titles of President & CEO, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Business Development. Additionally, Parnell co-founded DeepCanopy and served as a board member from November 2017 to December 2020. Educational credentials include an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Leadership Bootcamp certification from Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, and various degrees and certifications in engineering and rigging from Industrial Training International and Tacoma Community College.
