David Hatch has been working in the field of customer experience and personalization for over three years. David started their career as a principle consultant at Earley Information Science, where they supported clients with complex customer experience and personalization projects. David then moved on to The Digital Marketing Zone, where they served as a Zone Coach and helped organizations improve their digital marketing strategies. In 2014, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at IANS, where they oversaw all marketing initiatives and led the company to success. David is currently an advisor at Immersion Analytics.
David Hatch has a BA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is certified as a Preventive Controls Certified Individual (PCQI) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). David also has certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing.
