Marius M has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Immersive Labs since July 2024. Prior to this role, Marius held senior positions at Parsable and Ivanti, where responsibilities included leading customer success initiatives and managing renewals. Marius began their career in customer success with LANDESK Software and AppSense, taking on various roles from Customer Success Manager to Technical Service Manager. Marius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Development and a Foundation Degree in Fitness and Health from the University of Chester.
