James Walker is currently the Head of Alliances at iMMERSIVE, where they work with Salesforce and ISV Partners to support customer success. With over eight years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, James progressed from a Futureforce Graduate Trainee to a Partner Account Manager at Salesforce before joining iMMERSIVE in May 2025. They hold two Salesforce certifications and have a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Investigation, complemented by a BTEC NAT DIP in Applied Science (Forensics). Passionate about community involvement, James engages in volunteering and fundraising activities.
