Chris Orris has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and public relations. In 2020, they joined ImmersiveTouch as a Principal Software Engineer and a VR Software Developer - Unity. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Stereolabs as a Unity Developer and Developer Evangelist, developing for, debugging, and improving usability of the company's Unity plugin for interfacing with the ZED/ZED Mini depth cameras. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at OXYGEN as an Office Director in San Francisco, overseeing all operations at the agency's US office and growing the client and partnership roster. Additionally, they were a Senior Account Manager and Account Executive at OXYGEN, partnering with tech startups to bring them US media exposure. In 2017, they were a Mentor at The Refiners. Chris Orris obtained their Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they attended NEGOCIA - Centre international de formation à la vente et à la négociation commerciale for International and Intercultural Communications. Prior to that, they attended College of DuPage from 2007 to 2009. Chris also holds a TEFL Certification from Bridge-Linguatec.
