Bilgi Akyuz

Bilgi Akyuz has been in the engineering field for over a decade. In 2008, they began their career with an internship at BURSAGAZ A.S. Bilgi then went on to volunteer at the University of Gaziantep in 2010. That same year, they completed an internship in Radiation Oncology at Uludağ University. In 2012, they became an IT Assistant and Biomedical Engineering Student at the University of South Florida, as well as a Medical Devices Summit at Opal Events. In 2015, they were a Manufacturing Advisor and Engineering at Ecem Inc. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Founder and Field Service Engineer of Medical Imaging at Medical Imaging Engineering Leadership. Bilgi is currently a Computer-Hardware Engineer at IMMERTEC.

Bilgi Akyuz has an extensive education history. Bilgi obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of South Florida between 2012 and 2014. Before that, they obtained two Bachelor's degrees from Gaziantep University in Electrical-Electronics and Physics Engineering and Physics Engineering between 2005 and 2011. Bilgi also graduated from Fatih High School -Nilüfer/BURSA in 2005. In addition, they hold certifications in Environmental Management System- ISO 14001, ISO 9001 - Quality management systems, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Turkish Standards Institution and Management and Strategy Institute.
