Gabe MacFarlane has a diverse work experience including roles in sales, business development, general management, operations management, and engineering. Gabe started their career at IMMI as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they designed products from concept phase to production launch. Gabe also led a team of engineers in the development of a new seat for ambulance applications and served as the Lead Design Engineer for IMMI's SmartDock SCBA air tank holder. Later, Gabe became the Plant Operations Manager at IMMI, overseeing manufacturing operations and safety systems. Gabe then joined LOOK Trailers as the Director of Purchasing & Operational Strategies, responsible for national operational oversight and process documentation. Gabe later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations, leading startup operations in multiple states. Gabe returned to IMMI as the Director of North American Operations before taking on the role of General Manager for IMMI VIP, a business unit specializing in steering wheel manufacturing. Gabe currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Business Development at IMMI.
Gabe MacFarlane obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering in 2011 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from Butler University between 2013 and 2016.
