Will Dodson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Will started their career at Heritage Christian Schools as an Assistant to the Superintendent from 1995 to 1998. Will then joined Galyan's Trading Company as a Hunting & Fishing Manager, where they managed the largest hunting and fishing retail department in Indiana and opened multiple new stores.
In 1999, Dodson transitioned to the marine industry, working as the National Sales Manager for the Marine Division at IMMI. In this role, they grew the market share with advanced products and participated in industry events and the development of safety standards.
Dodson continued to excel at IMMI and took on various roles including General Manager of the Outdoor Division and Sales Manager in the Commercial Division. Will significantly grew market share, developed new aftermarket brands, and launched innovative products that became industry favorites.
In their most recent role at IMMI, Dodson served as the Senior Sales & Business Development Director, leading the company's sales and business development efforts. Will also held previous positions as Senior Director of Product Marketing, Senior Director of Sales & Product Marketing, and Managing Director of Sales.
