Dennis Koene

Dennis Koene is a seasoned veiligheidskundige HVK with extensive experience in HSE management across various high-profile projects. Currently serving as a veiligheidskundige HVK at DKO Advies since January 2020 and concurrently at IMMONTEC since August 2024, Koene is actively involved in safety management for tunnel element sinking projects, including the Scheldetunnel in Antwerp and the Weserquerung in Bremen. Additionally, as a project leader at Centrum Ondergronds Bouwen, Koene oversees initiatives such as safety guidelines for tunnel work and e-learning modules.
