Reinaldo Robles

Reinaldo Robles is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at IMMSA since October 2025. Prior roles include HR Director at Diehl Controls, National Human Resources Manager at Stericycle, and Human Resources Manager positions at Perrigo Company plc and Empresas Polar, where responsibilities encompassed managing various HR processes, organizational development, labor relations, and talent attraction. Reinaldo holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a University Degree in Communication from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
