Guillermo S. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Guillermo currently works at Immunefi as an Engineering Manager. Prior to this, they were a Senior Backend Engineer and Team Lead at Everly Health, where they played a key role in upgrading a Ruby on Rails application and led a team of four engineers. Guillermo also helped design and implement an integration with a third-party vendor, resulting in significant cost savings.

Before joining Everly Health, Guillermo was a Co-founder and CTO at Tandem, where they managed the application fork and facilitated the transition from B2C to B2B. Guillermo also maintained the Ruby on Rails backend, React frontends, and Kotlin mobile app. Guillermo helped build a cash flow positive business before transferring the company to new owners.
