Mike O'Keeffe

Mike O'Keeffe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently working at Immunefi as the Head of Customer Success, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to that, Mike was self-employed as the Founder of their own business from July 2021 to May 2023.

Before their self-employment, Mike worked at Canoe as the Head of Client Success from April 2019 to July 2021. Mike also had a role as a Board Member at TrueFiduciary® Institute from March 2019 to July 2020 and served as the Executive Director & Co-Founder from June 2018 to March 2019, where they aimed to positively impact over a million student lives through financial education and security.

Mike's earlier experiences include roles at Addepar, where they worked as an Enterprise Relationship Manager/Customer Success Manager from April 2017 to June 2018 and as a Deployment Manager from November 2015 to April 2017. Mike also worked as an Investment Associate at 1919 Investment Counsel (formerly Legg Mason Investment Counsel) from November 2014 to November 2015.

Before that, Mike worked at Legg Mason Investment Counsel, where they held various positions such as Investment Associate from April 2012 to November 2014, Investment Systems and Operations Analyst from May 2010 to April 2012, and Operations Associate from June 2008 to May 2010. Mike started their career as an Intern at Merrill Lynch from February 2008 to May 2008 and served as an Admissions Assistant at Loyola University Maryland from October 2006 to January 2008.

Mike O'Keeffe's education history began in 2000 when they attended Christian Brothers Academy for high school. Mike completed their high school education in 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, Mike pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Loyola University Maryland. During their time at Loyola, they focused on economics and minored in political science.
